The Witness

Overall stellar puzzle game that, although evocative of older titles like Myst plays more like an over developed touchscreen/mobile title. It does it well, that’s by no means a critique of the general game, I think by sticking to one core interactive concept and expanding that in literally every way I think they could have they’ve produced one of the most internally consistent puzzle titles I’ve played in years. It avoids wholly the kind of obsessive screen-searching bullshit that I disliked about the older adventure titles.

That being said, I’m a little disgruntled as I speak because the ending resets your progress and there’s one specific (non obvious) trophy that might be worth googling for anyone who might want to play it and get the 100%. 9 scribbles out of a drawing.

Edit: I was wrong, there’s a way to load save points the game makes in secret.

Revising my score to exactly the same score because it really hasn’t changed how I feel about the game.
