What is it all about?

What is Uberbeard?

Uberbeard is the chosen alias of James Crawford, who is a person from Southampton. It’s fairly catchy and memorable (Uberbeard, not Southampton) so it was adopted as the title of his blog, which you are on. If you don’t know what a blog is, then you should be banned from the internet post haste. If you don’t quite understand the name itself, here is a little help for you:

Meaning ‘above’ in German, but has been adopted as modern English slang to mean ‘better’, ‘super’ or ‘ultimate’ with, usually, a higher emphasis.

Beard – noun
A beard.

Beard has also been used to describe someone who is being used as a cover for a homosexual person to form the pretence that they are straight. It is non-sex based, so it can be used for either a gay man or a lesbian woman. For instance; Thomas might go out a lot with Charlotte so that he does not appear gay, Charlotte would be the ‘beard’.

In this case, it is not true. James has never been used as a lesbian woman’s beard, and they probably would never ever choose him anyway, ever. To back up this point, he is very manly, robust, chiseled, strong-looking and not at all attractive in any feminine sense. He definitely does not have girly eyes or hands.

This is a fact.

He also doesn’t have small ears.

This blog is a random splurge of blogging heaven. Give it a read, see if you like his style and if you do, bookmark it…

Even if you don’t like it, damn it, bookmark anyway, I’m fucking awesome. Trust me.
